 Yes, yes, I realize that linking to It Gets Better videos is passe at this point, but still watch this.

Like Pixar needed yet another way to a) convince me that they were wonderful and b) make me cry.

I know-it shouldn't be surprising that people who work at Pixar could make me cry, but I really didn't expect to be emotionally overwrought by it until I got to the 'nine steps' part.
